ILLY ART COLLECTION BY MARINA ABRAMOVIĆ (2002) – SPIRIT CUP

This an exceptionally rare illy collection cup designed by the Serbian artist Marina Abramović.
500 copies were released in this special packaging.

The cup – painted with gold paint (23.5 kt) – was created on the occasion of Abramović’s performance at the New Museum in New York, May 2002, and it is accompanied by a special monographed edition of her book “Public Body”, prepared by illy and published by Charta – one of Europe’s most distinguished editors of art books.

Public Body is the third book in a trilogy dedicated to Marina Abramović, and presents the work ”Transitory Objects for Human and Non-Human Use.” (Click here for more information)
